Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham

Property was good and facilities were clean but the service and food in the main restaurant dinner was awful, they had run out of salmon and fish and chips it took one hour from order to get our dinner and what made worse my 7 year old grandson food was not put on the order the waiter apologised we had our dinner and waited for my grandson dinner to arrive your restaurant staff and chef really need to get their act together the menu looks great but the food didn’t live up to the expectations, breakfast was good ; the lift was broken and I was told the engineer will come on Tuesday to repair which I felt unsatisfactory for a company like yours couldn’t get the lift looks at the same day I wonder how long it was broken, I must say one member of staff call Jenny was outstanding and kind and pleasant and hard working

Comfortable room, and was perfect for myself, my wife and daughter, a lot of hotels won't have a double and a proper single bed so was perfect. Had a good restaurant but didn't use it as we wanted to go into Cheltenham. Nice bar area for guests with good range of beers, staff very helpful. Hotel had a spa which was available to guests and public.

We had a wonderful stay whilst we were at the Leonardo Hotel.. It was a very quick stop over for us, we were attending a wedding. But whilst we were there we managed to enjoy the leisure facilities including the swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna which was just lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel was very close to the wedding venue we were attending. All-in-all, the perfect solution. We often come past this way to visit family and go on our travels. I would absolutely consider this hotel again for another stop over if and when needed. So thank you very much!

The staff were extremely helpful especially as we were travelling with a disabled relative. The ground floor has 3 levels but has a wheelchair lift to access the next level down. The room was of a good size and the outside area near the bar was very nice. Breakfast was provided and some gf options were available. Good public bus service to Cheltenham as parking is very difficult in town.

Good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was pleasant and of a good standard, it was modern and clean. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection, from hot food to continental. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but we did stop in the bar for a drink which was nice and quiet in the evening.
